I've only had this case for a good 3 months, and I'm noticing
that my volume and sleep buttons are now fading. Has anyone
experienced this? The yellow part though is still holding fine,
the rubber buttons are fading.

mines been gone hah, is your silicone sagging too? mine started to sag around the dock part

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8F190 Safari/6533.18.5)
Ya it will happen because it is just cheap paint over rubber.
That's what I wasn't hoping for but it looks like you're right.

Well surprisingly the silicone around the dock part has been good, no indications of sagging. I haven't taken off the case since I bought it back in January 2011.

I wouldn't I miss how sag free my EX hybrid was the day I got it

Mine had zero sag issues until started swapping colors, etc after that the silicone part started to sag, eventually it was looser than the stock OEM bumper

so I ended up switching back to the OEM apple bumper

Just got one of these yesterday.... How bad does the silicone sag ? And did everyone's eventually begin to sag ? I thought that would come from taking it off and putting back on multiple times....

Well if you occasionally swap out cases, it might loosen up within a month. Though based on experience, I'd be worried on that thin frame rather than the silicone, it tends up to break easily if you overdo changing cases.

Yeah.... I plan on keeping this on my phone until I upgrade to what ever this next iPhone is.... I been using the switcheasy since I got my 4 on the release date... I was just hoping all this stuff wasn't happening just from casual use...my clear nude stayed the same for a year..a few scratches but to me that was normal... Just wanted a diffrent look until I upgrade

Mine started sagging at the back something dreadful. I used to take it off once every few weeks to clean, zero problems with the frame never snapped, but all sorts got in through the camera hole because of the sag.

Also, the sgp logo on the silicone imprinted onto the back of my phone and wouldn't come off. Not impressed at all.

Shame, lovely looking case.

I just got this case for my white iPhone 4 and my girlfriend's black iPhone 4. On my white iPhone I wanted to preserve the original look of the phone as much as possible, so I decided to go with the silver metallic band and white silicon combo. On my girlfriend's black iPhone she went with the champagne gold case and brown leather skin guard which makes for a pretty classy combo. Prior to these cases we both had Apple bumpers and let me say the SGP Neo Hybrid Case feels much better in hand and hardly looks like there is a case on. Also, the white silicon doesn't get stained from jeans like the white Apple bumper.

my silicone started sagging after about a month and then the case snapped at the dock end a few weeks later
Then i got the knockoff and i have had that for over 3 months without any sagging and no breaking of the plastic!

I assume you mean the swbox knockoffs?

Are they compatible with the SGP frames? I have about 6 option suites.

What do you guys mean by sagging? I have been using mine for about 2 months taking it on and off every other day to clean with no problems. Would like to see where it sags.

Resurrecting an old thread...but doesn't SGP have a lifetime warranty?

Has anyone contacted SGP with their sagging rubber issue (get your mind out of the gutter) and asked if they would cover it under warranty?
