The ultra crystal is just the front, the EX has the same front but also comes with a back thats made of the same material as the front. Plus it comes with pieces for the stainless steel side, but the side piece is made of some other kind of material.
I'm and kind of new to this so can someone please help me and tell me the difference between the SGP Steinheil EX Ultra Fine for Apple iPhone 4 and the SGP Steinheil EX Ultra Crystal for Apple iPhone 4? i know that one is anti fingerprint but is that the only difference? and which one would you recomend?

Well , I got a confirmation and the funds were drawn from my PayPal account...
but no CSS email and I'm thinking it's showing back-ordered.
There are 2 different ship dates, 21st & 24th, so that's scary that someone might get theirs before I do...😱
but I think I'm in the first batch because I got an early timestamp on my order, although it still shows the wrong order time off by 4 hours & 13 minutes.
I've called customer support 27 times since I ordered yesterday, but I get a different answer each time after waiting 45 minutes on hold...
one CS rep will use "on" while another says "around" and another says "about" --- so I have to start new threads for each preposition.🙁
I wish I ordered through Steinheil instead of SGP but the website kept going down when I put it in my cart.
I'm thinking about going out and standing in line to get a set -- maybe camping out...
do you think I should go on the 21st or the 24th? Should I pay by credit or debit card, or just cash ( I can break my piggy bank. )
I hope I don't have to bring my Mom ... I'm sooo OCD about my new skin. 😕

it says in stock June 24th, meaning it will probably ship within 2-3 business days and will arrive within 2-3 days after that. (its a small package that ships with air mail). so expect sometime between june 28th and july 2nd.

It's already available unlike on SGP's site and ready to ship in 1-2 business days. I've ordered from Cretouch in the past and can say that their customer service is top notch. Quick response time and they even replaced for free a case that started breaking on me last year.
If you order them this weekend, you should get them right around the time iPhone 4 is released. I've already put my order in, will let you all know how it goes.

The latter is cheaper and comes with two so it seems like a better choice, unless the former is really that much better quality. I've used a Power Support matte film on my iPod Touch for years and am very happy with it, but am looking for alternatives considering how long they're taking.

The links aren't working.
I've only used Power Support's films for all my previous iPhones and refused to buy anything else, but they really dropped the ball this time by not having them available for the new release. From what I've read and watched on youtube, the Steinheil films are just as good if not better than Power Support's, so we'll see when it arrives.

Hm, that's strange that they didn't work. The two I'm referring to are the SGP STEINHEIL Anti-Fingerprint Screen Protector and the SGP STEINHEIL ULTRA FINE Anti-fingerprint Screen Protector, which are $11.99 (for two) and $13.99, respectively. Thanks!

Good question, no idea what the difference is. As far as I know, the SGP STEINHEIL ULTRA FINE Anti-fingerprint Screen Protector (13.99) is the same as Power Support's Anti-Glare.

I was actually wondering that too, they seem to be missing some cutouts. I'm hoping these images just aren't the final design but I will definitely confirm before I place an order.
What's the difference between full body protection with these vs Wrapsol?

Some here are speculating that this new AG version is only one film for 13.99 but I say that suggests that it comes with two. For $2 more why not buy the latest version. If you can not afford the extra two dollars then you are not prepared to be the owner of an iPhone 🙂

Yea, even though I ordered a set, I was unimpressed by the poor grammar and syntax through out their website.

The only wet install in this kit then is the side protectors for the stainless steel band, at least thats what I get out of it? They sure dont make things too clear at SGP lol
