Maybe I'm missing it somewhere in this thread, but does anyone have any coupon codes for the Oleophobic protector? Wanting to order this but any little bit of money I could save would be awesome. Thank you in advance.

So the oleophobic screen is more scratch prone than the crystal? My crystal already had a few long hairline scratches in it even though I treat my phone pretty well. It lives alone in my pocket most of the day.

You could order it from ebay and save on shipping.

I just installed the ultra matte full body protection (the one in the orange box). I have to admit that this blows invisible shield out of the water. I can't begin to describe how cool the ultra matte texture on the back feels. The front film is a fingerprint resistant film Which feels and looks much better than typing on the glass because it doesn't leave any fingerprints thus avoiding the rainbow discoloration. Installation was a bit pain for the front film but much easier and cleaner than the invisible shield. The dust removing stickers just saved my day. I had to remove multiple times to align it and the stickers really helped in cleaning up the dust from the sticky side.

And yes i recieved both front and back films with a cutout for flash and front camera.

For those of you used SGP Steinheil EX. You guys find the backside not sticking to edge? I've gone through 3 backside films, they all don't stick on the bottom edge of the phone.

They don't sell the back/sides only. Rather than buy a new set, I recommend ordering a BSE back. It comes with a wet install/rubbery back and side pieces for like $8. Cheaper than buying the ultra kit. ALSO, while I think a harder film for the front and a softer film for the sides and back is better. I used the EX Ultra Crystal set, and while my front was fine(except the oil that was a pain to wipe off), my back piece got scratched up pretty bad from mostly setting it down on tables. I dropped it on hardwood floor and the dust or whatever was on the floor chipped/punctured the film. I just installed my BSE today, and we'll see how it goes. As long as it doesn't yellow or blacken on the sides, I think that along with a Oleophobic front film is the best combo.

Great.. the ultra crystal scratches ? are you using a case with it? I will probably be using my phone lightly with cases. So hopefully, taking precaution will prevent damage. I only had like, one scratch ever, on my PS screenshield (after months of use though).

How does the ultra matte affect the clarity of the display? Is it really bad or is it tolerable?

I have the same problem with you. The edge doesn't want to stick :(

I ordered the Steinheil Ultra Crystal EX and got 4 back protectors and no front protectors at all

My front ultra crystal has a couple long hairline scratches. I use my phone bare but it lives in it's own pocket and I treat it pretty well. They don't seem to be very scratch resistant compared to other protectors I've used.

The matte finish is for the back only.

I had ultra crystal on the front and didn't like all the fingerprints so I took it off and put put on the invisishield on the front and back. No more fingerprints but I do not like the rubbery feel.

I ordered the Power support Anti glare, I am hoping this will be the winner. I love it on the ipad.

Finally got SGP to ship me replacement backs with flash cutouts, they slipped in a free carbon fiber back so I'm happy - I'd think more highly of their customer service if it didn't take two weeks and a second email for them to respond.

has anyone had trouble getting the edges of their front screen protector to stay down?

I put on the back no problem but when i put on the front he first time i had to quickly pull it back off due to it being crooked, now i cant get the edges to stick down all the way, very frustrating

same here, i thought i messed up on the install but i guess im not the only one. hopefully they will replace it. but then again, i heard their customer service is bad.

maybe try the wet install that some members have posted about on here? might work for you

just wanted to throw this out there... I just installed mine. the HD EX films.

they're fine. i have no problems with the flash. third picture of the fan box is in a completely dark room. no light source except the camera flash. looks fine to me. very glassy finish. very easy install.

the back film does not have a tab to remove the blue cover, however, i just used one of the dust remover stickers to pull it up.

Is it a matte finish, or does the reflection just not show up in the photo?

Has anyone else had a problem with the Ultra Crystal sticking well around the edges? Mine isn't sitting all the way down around the outside edges and around the speaker and home button. Is there a fix to that? Could i do a wet re-install and would it work?

Thanks.

Some people are having these issues, yes.

You can try getting a replacement, but I hear SGP customer service is non-existent. Good luck.

Ah, that's not good. Thanks for the info!

Has anyone done a review and roundup of the best screen protectors?
