iPhone 6(S)/Plus Share wifi from iphone to Mac Pro.

Hi,

I am wondering if there is a way to share my Wifi from my iphone 6 to MacPro 3,1 using:-
1. Bluetooth (I have tried Bluetooth Pan and websites still won't load in Safari)
or
2. USB (I was successful using tethering but I don't want to use Cellular data as it is limited.

The MacPro does not have a Wifi Adapter as of yet. I have ordered a TP-Link USB Wifi Adapter. Hopefully it supports El Capitan 10.11.6.

I also need to know what PCIe card will be good for the future as I ONLY have wifi internet and NO Ethernet wire anywhere close to my room.

So you want to share data to your Mac Pro without using Cellular? Did I get that right? If that's the case, you can't.
