How do you put the weather on top like that?

As @dwfaust mentioned, go to the Lock Screen customization, then press on the date above the clock, and then select Conditions which can be found under Weather (or under Suggestions).

I did some more poking around, and mystery solved ... the battery widget for above the time is from an app called Date Today.

Actually it’s not. You can see on the widget up top that it’s not lining up. Hopefully I can find an updated one somewhere because I really dislike not having the shadows.

Really digging the black and white right now. Maybe because it's been white forever, but the black font color looks so sharp. The sky provides a clean contrast for the font. Not to mention the font transitioning to white for AOD.
