Sharing Apps with a Second Iphone

I just bought a used (second) Iphone. I understand that it is legit to share my Apps with both. Is there an easy way to tell Itunes to transfer all my Apps to the second phone? (I only have 1 computer/Itunes Account).

It will treat it as a separate device, so you can setup what syncs to it completely separate from your first iPhone.

But when I tell it to restore from other phones backup, it just transfers the settings, etc. How to transfer the Apps over?
