I'm pretty sure it's not that hard to return it if you don't like it. I'm pretty sure they have to honor it since it would have to be 14 days from the time it ships? Not from the time it was ordered?
Anyway, it has always been Fedex for me and I always request a hold for pick up and never end failed on me. If mine gets shipped via FedEx I'll be doing it for this one too. Once it ships I'll request a hold for pick up.

Weird, people saying theirs have shipped. I got my email confirmation for my 8+ at 2 minutes past pre-order opening and it hasn't shipped yet. Not that I care, it will be available on launch and I have an early morning appointment to go pick it up.
