Usually Fedex routes everything from asia through their Anchorage Hub because the DC-10 and MD-11 doesn't have big enough fuel tanks. But if its going direct to memphis to be sorted thatll save about 1 day.

50% chance. When my bumper arrived in oakland it got trucked to Sacramento (my city) the same night. But it sat in the Sac sort facility for a day.

I hope Itll come to you tomorrow! Just check the tracker tomorrow morning around 8AM, itll tell you if its out for delivery or not

For those of you that had orders updated the July 4th weekend and before how long did your status take to change from PFS to shipped? What is the average for it to stay in PFS 2 days?
Oh and btw I ordered on June 16th at 8 PM!!

I had two phones go to pfs on the 2nd. One of them finally shipped on the sixth while the other one has changed back and forth from pfs to nys 6 times total now. Its completely nuts, and I absolutely will NEVER order another thing from apple. I ordered these on the 19th around noon by the way. The one that did ship is in AK right now i think
 
You guys. I think whats happening is that FedEx is refusing to bring in additional planes to Shenzhen so that all these "prepared for shipment" will take time until there's room for all those phones. Economically it makes not sense for Fedex since they would have to bring in empty planes which would result in a loss. So some are being forwarded to Hong Kong since its so close to Shenzhen. Also HK has more frequency of FDX flights since its a bigger city/bigger airport. So maybe more space but probably not much. Thats why people have PFS for 2-6 days. Apple can't give the tracking till its with fedex's hands.

I am so happy mine shipped! now if only it could come tomorrow or saturday......

Makes sense... I'm going on 7 days with that ***** "Prepared For Shipment" taunting me. I'm borderline homicidal at this point. Why not just leave it as "Not Yet Shipped" ....gah!

i got the same i called fedex, they said it got scanned twice. follow the hk wich on mine is the second one. the lame part is if you go to any outside website like yahoo to track the package it wont show and says it unavalable. but yea when i called earlier they said that it had barely left china and on the way to states

yo yoshi, i think our phones are on the same plane, earlier at noon when i called fedex about them spliting my trackin number into 2,after a while, they told me it had left hongkong and was on its way to usa. knowing fedex we prob wont get the info until tommmorow moring that it arrived
