FINALLY!!! Alaska has never looked better and I have never been! So glad to see something other then Japan! I'd prefer Memphis since I am on the East Coast but some movement is better then none at all. Plus I know that it is updating. Whew! Now I can stop being angry and get back to being OCD about where it's at.
at this point, our iphones probably ARE in a boat...probably 1 pallet in a little dinghy...paddling their way across the Pacific. Now if it were on the Steve Erwin, that would be awesome and I would forgive this madness, but I doubt that would be allowed anywhere near Japan (Whale Wars reference).
hahaha well if this was the case then that was one damn fast dinghy! mines in AK now lol now just waiting for it to go south!

I don't know. I never even knew there were different colored trucks!
useless info i can share about fedex...the font was specifically designed so that the space between the e and the x forms an arrow. did a research paper on FedEx's marketing in grad school.

On fedex.com, mine says "in transit" in Memphis.
Does FEDEX only ship with there airplanes or do they also ship through other Airlines? Mines is still stuck at Alaska, and theres only Alaska Airlines flying to Hawaii. I did do research in Memphis and theres FEDEX Airlines flying to Hawaii once a day. Mines been at Alaska for a day now.
If there are planes going from memphis to hawaii, then it's more than likely that your phone will travel from alaska, to memphis, and then to hawaii.
Mine too!! Must have been on one of the 2 flts out of Incheon earlier today -- but it doesnt yet say it has cleared customs in AK " at the sort facility" -- but I hope it makes the next plane to memphis!
how quickly did your status change from "arrived at fedex location" to int; release"? just curious about my next OCD adventure...

i love how we just tracked our phones from a flight out of Incheon, Korea but the tracking shows that it's been in a different place every day and moving right along with no delays (and WITHOUT the country it just shipped from !!). nice seemless tracking, fedex.
oh, and my tracking has been split. it doesn't show the first 1.5 days where it was picked up from apple, that was on 7/6. and it still needs to go through customs, flight out of alaska, fly to memphis then on to denver. it will be a total of 8 days.

It arrived at noon, was through customs at 1 PM, then sat there and didn't leave until 4 PM the following day. Ah well.

I have a feeling that unlike everyone else, the delivery date of Tuesday is going to hold true for me. Was really hoping for Monday, but what's one more day when you have been waiting a month?
