If I were you, I'd check yahoo tracking - it has more up-to-date info than the fedex site is providing. FEDEX is still saying mine is in Sennan-Shi JP, but according to Yahoo, it left JP last night and may also have left Incheon this morning for Anchorage.

Just a thought...
 
Mine arrived at the Memphis location last night @ 11:20.

I was surprised when I checked the status just now and saw...

I'm right outside Philadelphia. Mine landed in Newark on Friday morning at 2 AM. It stayed there until Friday afternoon at 1 PM, at which point it went to my local facility, where it's spending the weekend. I assume it'll be get loaded on the truck for delivery on Monday, leaving from my local facility.

If I had to guess -- given that you're 115 miles from Newark -- I would guess that the truck that'll deliver your package to your door isn't going to leave from Newark. In that case, it'll have to make one more trip to wherever your local facility is located. If it does that over the weekend, be prepared to get it Monday. If Monday morning comes and it's still in Newark, look for it on Tuesday, as it won't get to your local facility in enough time to make the morning sort.

Interesting, ours were together until they got to Alaska, but yours ended up in memphis. Right now simpletracking.com says mine is "Held at Sort Facility" while fedex.com says it has cleared "International Shipment Release" and is "In Transit"

I thought mine would wind up in Newark, NJ like the bumper last week...

Shipped July 9, I opted for the $10.00 2-3 day shipping from apple. Scheduled delivery of July 12th. I also ordered a 16gig unit about 6 hours later with the same 2-3 day shipping and it has the same delivery date. I was expecting the Alaska stop but I guess it just went straight to TN from JP.

Thanks but I have two listings for my tracking num so Yahoo does not work...:(

yea, flight tracking makes no sense to me so i'm hoping my phone gets from Memphis to any city in California for that matter, i live in the central valley so i happen to reside in between all major cities.

hey man im 10 min from ontario airport lol, iLoveMyApple if you havent yet. DOnt order bumpers from apple. Apple in Victoria Gardens has plenty of bumpers to go around. Im assuming you live aroundhere since you want ontario airport lol. but yea ama head over to apple store later and get one lol ******** ordering from apple im not going through this same senerio with the damn bumper.
 
Mine's here! Picked it up right at 10am when the FedEx facility opened, and am in the process of syncing it now. I need to get a case, and will do that later this afternoon. Looking forward to playing with all the cool stuff that my 3G didn't have. :cool:

In case it's relevant to you, I was there yesterday, and they had lots of bumpers, but only black and green. Also, it was scary crowded! :eek:

Anyone else's phone still chillin' in Alaska? I'm still hoping for Monday, but it would be nice if it would move so I could be sure. :)

Hahaha! I already ordered my Bumper. I got it a few days ago. And yeah, I live about 15 minutes away in Riverside. My phone is still hanging out in Memphis. :(
Oh yeah! And to the person who said the Apple Store was crowded, I wouldn't dare go to Victoria Gardens on a Friday! Especially the Apple Store. Sunday is a good day to go. Hahaha!

dammit my damn phone still says its in japan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad: now i"ll be happy if it gets here 13 by 430. What if it doesnt!!!!! is fedex know for getting packages late. is from now till tues enough time to get from japan to ontario airport then to chino at my front steps OMG it better be!!!!1:eek:
