i ordered mine about the same time that it was switching from the 24th to the 2nd and just looked tonight and have a prepared for shipment update.

do you think that these phones are coming from china too or maybe a facility here in the United States?

I ordered just before 8pm Pacific on the Tuesday, got a July 2nd date.

However, my phone is in Anchorage now. I can only hope they can get it to me tomorrow.

Congrats to everyone who is getting theirs now despite the July 2nd estimate! I never switched from 24th to 2nd, so I have to assume I'm still screwed.

I was on a cruise when preordering started on the 15th, and the internet was way too slow on the ship for me to even try and pre-order on board. By the time I got home on the 19th, I'm stuck with a july 14th shipment date.

I'll keep trying apples stores over the upcoming week to see if there's some available hopefully. If not, I just have to wait another few weeks.
