BigDaddy5,

Just a suggestion, as a lesson learned, next time maybe wait a few days to a week before you update, and watch the forums to see if people are posting any issues with 3rd party accessories. I know I'm quick to upgrade, and I've been burnt in the past as well. It's hard to wait with the excitement of a new upgrade, but in this case, better safe then sorry!

Good luck!

Agreed...

If you're dealing with ANY third-party add-ons it's always best to wait before upgrading your firmware. I'd say 2 weeks is a good period of time.

you do realize that a bluetooth device doesn't automatically work with another device right?

there's software that goes along with it, software that could be say, updated in an upgrade.

if you were running software on tiger and upgraded to leopard, is it apple's duty to replace your computer? apple is going to do their thing no matter what, and it's up to other people to make sure their stuff works with apple.

you should be contacting the manufacturer of the bluetooth system in your car for an update.
