Shortcuts / file permissions

Hey everyone. I had someone help me create a "Make PDF" individually from multiple image files, and when I updated to macOS Sonoma it seems that something changed with the permissions, whereas now the shortcut is telling me "The file couldn't be opened because you don't have permissions to view it"

I'm curious if anyone knows how to restore the permissions?
