Should I Buy 4S or 5 Next Summer ????

What's the point of asking ? No one here has a crystal ball that tells the future so no one is going to know. You need to make your own decision rather then asking others to make it for you. :eek: :rolleyes:
 
Get it after the bugs are fixed (1 or 2 months from now). You will feel better with a good working phone and not kick one self waiting for the fixes. ;)


1. Battery issue is not a deal breaker for me.

2. No sound from calls going out or coming in from many users is a bigger issue in my opinion.

is this issue have in iphone 4S ? that not good
 
I have an iPhone 4 and they bumped me to an upgrade 2 days after the 4s came out, even though I wasn't even at a full year contract yet. I was definitely very excited the most about the faster processor and better camera. However, once I got over my hype of always having to have everything new, I decided it would be better to wait. Those features will be available in the iPhone 5, plus a redesign. I'd rather wait than not be able to afford to buy it when it comes out.
 
The way I look at it, those people with iPhone 4 should definitely wait for the new phone unless they just have to have the latest and greatest. That way there is no question about upgrades and you should enjoy a completely new phone.

Such was the case for those upgrading from 3Gs like myself. I certainly didn't need a forum opinion to help me make a decision. It was clear, I need a new phone and the 4s was a new phone for me. I think that's just the way Apple plans it.

If you want my advice if you have $969 to spend then take 1year contract and pay little bit more cash for iPhone but then you are locked only 1year with ATT not 2years ...So when new iPhone hit the market you will not be sad because your contract will be close to end.

That is what i would do if i have 1k USD on hand.
 
i'm concerning iphone 4s battery issue
this issue cannot fix because it was hardware ,

last iphone was signal problem
this time battery

come on apple ... working right before sell ...

Very unlikely it's hardware given that only a portion of the users have a problem and many don't have any issues.

Several reports show that the 5.0.1 betas provide significant improvement, though I believe I saw a couple who didn't see an improvement.
 
all speculation on a iphone 5 release date. who knows...development delay, testing delay, etc...it can be in 2013....

until I see an official date release from Apple source, everything on here is all hopes...

i just call apple techni asking them
they told me , people using iphone didn't delete background application and keep charging iphone too much , they said only charge around 60 %
that suck

Just decide for yourself. Everyone has their own opinion. You have an iPhone 4, right? I think you stated that somewhere. Have you educated yourself on the new features of the 4S? Do they appeal to you? Can you afford it right now?

This is very easy
if you dont have an iphone and want one, then go for it.
if you have an iphone 4, then decide do you want the camera, siri, and a few other add-ons??? if the answer is yes, then go buy it, stop asking people to make a decision for you, cause if we do and you dont like it, you are coming right back here and asking this type of question again.
