I was thinking of buying a mac soon. But I'm really troubled. Should I buy a Mac now and Buy ilife 07 and Mac OS X Leopard later, or should I wait until it is included with the mac?

I don't make ANY serious answers to a person who use Comic Sans.

Using comic sans should be punishable by death.

i heard that they are going to release the g5 powerbook in may... should I wait to buy until after the update?

you can only buy things that exist and are for sale. i think we as a community need to get off the "don't buy, an update is coming" bandwagon. it doesn't help anybody. it's not like your 2 day old rev b is suddenly any less of a computer when the rev c comes out. you still got everything you paid for... and furthermore... you actually got it. unlike everyone who waited for that g5 powerbook. i hope those people feel like fools.

I have a pretty stupid question. But what's the difference between a macbook and g-book?

He was making a joke. When the Powerbook G4s were out, everyone was waiting to buy until the Powerbook G5's came out.. but they never did cause apple went with intel and the macbook and macbook pro's came out.

apple never introduced g5 powerbooks, because it wasn't feasible to put a g5 in a laptop form factor. it wasn't fast enough, and it wasn't efficient enough. if apple hadn't gone the intel route, i think we'd still be stuck with g4 powerbooks.

I have two questions:

1) Is the Santa Rosa only going to be available on Macbook Pro, or also on Macbook?

2) What is Santa Rosa?
