I have insureandgo insurance its £66 a month and you can claim on it up to 2 times in the year and its £0 excess (the Black one is the only one that will cover a 32gb iphone 4). o2 insurance is £15 a month and the excess is ridiculous! it is very reliable though and they get you your new phone to you within 24hrs apparently.
