I agree i dont like the tacky feeling or the orange peel look but it is definitely a tough screen protector.

And, even though zagg gives you a lifetime warranty, you still have to pay $4.00 shipping every time.

If you replace it just a few times the IS becomes cheaper ;)

The customer service for IS kinda sucks. I have heard about people having problems talking with the people. The person I talked to was nice, but I had to wait literally 20 minutes on hold.

I keep hearing bad things about their customer service. My experiences have been nothing but pleasant. I think maybe some people screw it up during the installation and then get mad when Zagg won't help them out.

I think the issue with IS is that it because of the solution they include their product is harder to install then it should be. Add a little baby shampoo to it and it is infinately easier to install.

Ive heard of the babt shampoo trick but never tried it. Ive installed over a dozen IS on iphones with no issues on anyone of them. I highly recommend the ZAGG IS. Can't say yay or nay on Best Skins Ever

Yeah, the included application solution isn't that great. I go with a little soapy water.

I had mine for about 2 months and it started to get a "burn" around all the edges, especially where my hand held the phone the most. Also, the screen protecter started to deteriorate, and made it look like there were small areas covered with mist, but it wouldn't wipe off. Stuck it on a white piece of paper and some areas were clear, most were brownish/orange tinted. Gross. Won't use one again

I also got that weird "burn" with the BSE, and I haven't had it for that long. The contact on the chrome bezel is also iffy, as it seems to slide a tad. Especially my top piece. I cut maybe 2cm off and it's a bit better now. I don't know which I'll get when it's time to replace. Probable the IS. We'll see.

I have the invisible shield for the front of my iPhone, and couldn't be happier, it wasnt too difficult to install, and is well worth the cost to protect the front of the phone.
It does have a slightly odd texture to it, although, when looking at the phone directly with the screen on you do not notice this.
