Agreed. I bought mine at AT&T on the 11th and it has large cracks on the back without dropping it once and has major light leakage. Do I have to take it back to AT&T, or will Apple let me return it there??? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I'm going to the Apple store anyway to return some bad Bose earphones, so I'd prefer to do it there. Thanks in advance for the help!![]()
For exchanges, you take it back to Apple since they are the manufacturer. AT&T is just a reseller, they probably don't know much about it anyways.
