I think the performance on 11.2.1 is fine. However if you use iMessage a lot, I would recommend holding off. I've noticed since 11.2.1 iMessages are out of the correct order.I have a 6S on 10.3.3 should I upgrade to 11.2.1? I am concerned about performance/dropped frame rates and stuttering.

Here's a thread on Apple's forums which describes it:

Hmmmm…Don't do it.
Hmmmm…
Should I keep my 6s+ on 9.0.2 and stay jailbroken AJ?
LOL, even on my iPhone 7 it's just too slow. Of course it will be 6 Times slower on the 6S and 10 TIMES slower on regular 6 with iOS 11.2.2 The remaining updates of iOS 11 like iOS 11.4.1 or 11.5 are just for fixing bugs, adding features, but not to increase the performance like iPhone 6S in iOS 9 that run so fast. But 6/6S on iOS 11 even with updates won't make it faster anymore, it will be slower from now. Then iOS 12 would be a lot worst.I have a 6S on 10.3.3 should I upgrade to 11.2.1?
