The real question is how does one find the "Apple Watch" subforum and still call it an iWatch? This late in the game, I'd only buy the current generation on a nice steep sale otherwise hold out for the next one.

If you Google 'iWatch' you actually get these forums pop up... lol

I don't get the waiting, if you are gonna wait for #3 why not just wait for #4 or #5? lol they come out fairly frequent.

I hear you but there are other factors.

Some may be price conscious, and prefer to wait until prices come down (i.e. Some scored Series 0 watches at a great discount)
Or they simply don't need the latest model, especially if new features are not needed.
Buying and flipping when new stuff comes out will generally result in financial loss. Early adopters will naturally not care, because it's their nature.

But for some, the Apple Watch is a nice to have, and not a need to have, so waiting is not a big deal. :)

This is true. One way or the other, I would have Purchased the Apple Watch when it first launched, even with all the nay Sayers stating the Watch would be a failure. I also have no interest in selling my Apple Watch, being the resale value is horrible and I plan on using mine until it's no longer supported or operational.

This may be slightly off the topic, but I've been wondering: What is the difference between an Apple Watch Sport model and the Edition model other than the case? Is what is inside the case exactly the same mechanism in all models?

Aside from the different casing materials, The Edition model also has a Saphirre display. The internal hardware is exactly the same as the other Series 2 models, aside from the Series 1 features. (Which only has the upgraded S2 Processor). Basically, you're paying for the Ceramic casing and Series 2 features.

Now, if the new Apple Watch does come with blood sugar measurements, then (for me) it is a MUST have...and i am not even diabetic! :D I think that blood sugar numbers will help lots of folks who want to lose weight (or keep in shape) and see what their diet does to their body.

With the possible advancement in case design (thinner i hope), LTE (if you care for that), and blood sugar measurement, i think that it is wise to wait for Sept/Oct announcements.
