Well i'm going to buy a Macbook Pro 13 inch in March but I heard there might be a new macbook pro design out so should I wate until the summer or just buy it in march?

The MBP refresh is supposedly scheduled for Q1 of this year, so it should already be out by then.

Updates are expected in the next two to three weeks, but nothing in the design department.

The design of the MBPs is only 15 months old, so don't expect any new design in the next two years. The previous design was used for almost six years.

Sure, if you feel like, but in the mean time I'd find the Spell Check feature on your current system.

How did you compile that list in 6 minutes?

Thought control.

Nah, he just has a text file stored for those special occasions when something unique is answered like this thread here.

I've seen some posters doing that, and I do it too. It makes answering easier, as many questions have a repeat occurrence.

Not really that advanced, I just search through my recent posts. It's sad because it's always on the first page. It took about five minutes to compile it the first time around.

That's it. I'm going to wait till 2020 to buy my mac. I hear they are going to release one that has thought control by that point, so why buy now?:D

Well, if you get a Mac, the build in Mac OS X spell checker (that works across almost all apps) would catch your "wate" spelling mistake sooner than later. =)

My guess is that there won't be a new design for a LONG while. The same basic design stayed with the Powerbook G4/MacBook Pro for over 5 years (2003-2008) and those weren't nearly as well thought out as the unibodies.

I'm looking at my MBP now and am clueless how they can come up with a better design. Seriously, the unibodies are perfect inside and out.

By march you will know if anything has changed... if it has not and you need it, get it... no matter when you get it, it will not be the newest for longer than 6 months anyway...

The only "design" change i could see coming to the 13" is the possibility of a matte screen option... it would make the 13" so much nicer IMO...

Maybe you should follow your own advice, Cheeto.:D

-.-'

Oh SHUT your mouf my little china girl...

I don't get it, what in the bum are you people constantly complaining about?! You're each imagining things, like how Rihanna wears earplugs when she sings to secure her own delusions.

That's right, you're all Rihannas!

Can you send me some of whatever you're smoking?

That's because you are typing incorrectly. You shouldn't be resting your wrists on your laptop. Your wrists shouldn't touch anything if you are typing with proper posture.

You can always wait.

Heck, if you wait 100 years the computers then will be much faster than now. Not very practical though.

Are you sure your own BUILT-IN spell checker in OS X is working? :D

I didn't say grammar... =p
Can has grammar check with cheese...

What's the purpose of waiting? Are upgrades not inevitable? Engaging in this mentality leads to constant waiting.

Does the current MBP meet your needs? If so, why wait? Also, this isn't the last computer you'll buy. If your needs change in a few years, buy a new Mac.
