Jason!!!

Not that I'm anything like most women out there, but I would never carry a colored phone!! It's black, or I'm not carrying it around.

However, this statement was very sexist, dude!

It does sound sexist, but I promise there was no harm intended.

I vote no, Apple does not need to produce multicolored iPhones. The bumpers and cases allow the user to go from black/white to blue, green, red etc.

Depends on the color scheme. I wouldn't buy a nano or shuffle other than the gray. The other colors are too.. I don't know, just not something I'd ever buy.

BEst way to have different colors would be to offer a BTO option that way they only make what is needed. And only do it after all launch demands have eased.

Not that hard to get a couple warranties in stock for each color once demand has settled with supply.

If one stops and thinks about all the other colored audio and other devices, it makes a lot of sense for Apple to offer iPhones in different colors. After all it's not like Apple could not afford to. Even if they did not sell that well, they simply pull them off the market. Nothing ventured nothing gained. Sometimes the most forward of companies can be pretty stodgy.

That's not the point however. People that want color, want an original Apple product.

No. It makes the iPhone look cheap
That's one opinion, remember the iPhone sells in vast numbers.

I can tell you in no uncertain terms they would be very popular in Japan. I've been there on numerous occasions and seen what they do with their phones.

Yes! Offering iPhones in a broad range of colors would be a brilliant move. Although I only care for black, I'm confident that Apple would sell millions more.

so are you saying millions of people have either not bought an iphone or bought another phone, because the iphone was not available in colors other than black or white?

I'm sure you can buy a skin online for that. I saw it somewhere, but I figured it would look weird at night when I pulled it out lol. Not like I care, but it's just......weird.

I actually have a dayglo yellow otter box cover ( oh err misses!) which is great but it does tend to muffle video/voice recording which is not so groovy. When seen under black light (uv light) it goes a very dark red!:D

Depending on the shade, I would buy a green iPhone like *that*. However, I don't think it's likely that anything more than black or white will be offered, so I'm good with those choices.

No, u are misquoting people.
Learn to read.

More colors = more choices.

If color wasnt a factor, the iPhone would just remain black.
Cheaper for Apple anyway to produce just one color.
But the thing is that the White Iphone is extremely popular.

Making other colors available like in the iPods would increase the visibility, desire and brand profile of the iPhone.

No.....black and white is totally fine. No need for other colors to satisfy women.

This is,without lying one of the stupidest replys i ever heard.

Look at the trouble Apple had with the white phone. They're not going through all that for a color that will sell only a fraction of the black and white models.

Yes it's VERY hard to make different colour phones!

Why would anyone say no to choice? It's not like the black and white models are going to disappear if new colours are introduced. People like colours, just watch what clothes people wear. Big surprise, lot of clothes are non-black or white and especially accessories (which includes phones) tend to be very colourful. This cyan colour is just awesome IRL and in pictures and next iPhone should have it:

Phones are more complex than clothes... That's a very vague comparison.
