I hope they ditch the stainless steel soon. It's my main reason for still not buying a pro model.

Touch ID would be the next big pull for me.

I’d like to see them adopt a hardened titanium frame for the iPhone. If it can work with the antenna array it would be a very appropriate upgrade to make the iPhone more durable and, critically, lighter weight.

I’m more excited about under screen Touch ID than USB C.
Along with AOD both of those have been on Samsung phones for a long time. Apples new features are great but it is hard not to notice where they all are seeming to come from lately. Even the hole punch cutout for the FaceID......

Gosh! I didn't know that. I'd better go out and buy a Samsung phone.

That would never happen because clearly iPhone is always better even when it isn't.

It is amazing how completely butt hurt people who own iPhones only get when you mention Android has had things iOS is still yet to adopt.

I am not and was not saying a Samsung or other Android phone is better just that it would be nice for Apple to introduce more features that are original like the dynamic island which is a pretty cool way to integrate the ugly pill cutout. Although I still think the notch looks better.

Just relax you have an iPhone so you must be better than everything else. 😉 Lol

Apple was the prime development partner on USB C. Apple calls it “thunderbolt.” So it is Apple’s own connector.
This is not true at all. The Thunderbolt interface was around well before USB-C and originally used the mini DisplayPort connector. Thunderbolt was developed by intel (2010-ish), with Apple indeed as a primary development partner. USB-C didn’t come along until several years later, and Apple didn’t start using it until late 2016 (along with thunderbolt 3). They were actually a couple years late to the party, as USB-C had been released on many other devices as early as 2014.
