I recall spotting a few, and the source cited was Apple. But I'm under the assumption it's the same article re-written (cited by the other articles), so essentially a single article. It seemed to carry a bit of weight though. Might be worth re-reading the article.
But there's a tidbit of information I've followed from the back-end. Parts availability. They're available and costs are down on the chips (one chip = 2x 10G NIC ports via PCIe lanes). The network devices (i.e. switches) are another story. Definitely out of the SOHO range at over $6kUSD for an 8 port switch.
