Shouldn’t Siri talk?

So I received my S3 LTE model today and forgot Siri could talk. Well I have the on and Siri isn’t taking. Is there a settings change I need to make?

Ok I have sound on and Mickey isn’t talking either.

Ok I have sound on and Mickey isn’t talking either.

You need to put your watch on the charger for about an hour or more to let it sync with the voices.

One more dumb question. Shouldn’t there be the green dots when using cellular? Even with the phone off on explorer face I don’t see them

No, I was asking if the Watch is still connected to a known WiFi network, even with the phone off.
