What was the process like having the battery replaced? Did you take it into the Apple Store and they service it there? Or did you have to mail it off?

What was the process like having the battery replaced? Did you take it into the Apple Store and they service it there? Or did you have to mail it off?
I took it to the Apple Store, they sent it out for about a week and then I picked it up at the store.
Tell you what, pairing all your watches to a new phone is a pain. There has got to be a better way!
When you do the direct iPhone-to-iPhone data transfer, you get asked if you want to transfer the Watch as well. Does this only work for the currently active Watch?
i had heard mixed things from the direct transfer, so I used my tried and true restore from backup. Worked smoothly, albeit slowly - and when you open the watch app it asks if you want to pair the watch.
It then tries to ping the watch you're wearing but its VERY hit or miss/spotty. So its just time consuming after 4 watches.
My pink Series 9, shown with the current pink sports loop and last Fall’s Product Red. I do love this pink case, much more than my original Series 1 and 4 rose golds and my Series 7 Starlight. I was afraid it would be too purplish pink but in most lighting it looks more peachy pink to me. Thanks, Apple, I am tickled pink. (I also got the pink phone).

This year’s software reliability was so bad for this, specifically. Vision Pro really diverted resources. I hope it was better for people who did it after the point updates.
Oh yeah there were def weirdo bugs. Like after I repaired my S7 hermès - it imported all the S7 Ti faces. like it got confused. Re-adding them isnt a big deal but it was strange.
Thanks! It’s on my phone, too, at least for now. Probably switch to something more seasonal for Fall.
I did direct transfer for the first time this year and the Watch transfer was so much smoother than before. But I only have one Watch right now so I don‘t know if multiple Watches get transferred just as smoothly.

I have transferred my Ultra, S7 and S5 this year and all three went smoothly without any problems during the process

I love this band! Matches well with the pink Aluminium S9 and also my SB Hermes S9 as well.
I have the ultra 2… think it would look ok? I can’t seem to find a video with this band paired with it
