Is this too big for my hands? 42mm

I have learned that both sizes are ok.
In comparsion the 38 looks small and lady like but alone it looks ok and there are manny men watches which are the same size like the 38mm.
The 42mm is not a big watch.
Even people with small wrists can wear it without looking stupid.
Bigger watches are modern and the 42mm is not big compared to other big watches or smartwatches.
As long as the Band is not too long for you it will be ok for sure.
Wrists 155mm and more can wear the 42mm.

It really depends on what you want.
A watch that stands out or a watch which is more decent and looks more like a normal watch.
What I found out:
38mm watchfaces of an analog watch looks tiny on a male wrist/hand.
The modular face is a better choice on the 38mm.
On the 42mm the analog watches looks perfect sized.

I don't think the face is at all. It does look from the photo that the band is on too tight. The band should hold the watch face to your wrist without spinning but be loose enough for air to circulate around your wrist under the band. Otherwise you'll be leaving watch marks and your skin won't breathe and that can cause issues. Do you have more room on your band to give yourself more room? Looks nice on though.

It looks great. You could probably go with either size. I would pick the one that feels most comfortable.

I have the 38mm SS Milanese loop watch being delivered to, so I will make my decision after a few days. So, we will see. The photos don't do watches justice because they always appear bigger than they really are.

There is more room to go and thanks for the advice. I think depending on the angle the pictures are being taken, the apple watches are appearing to be bigger than they really are. I have the 38mm SS Milanese loop version being delivered today, so I will make my decision of which one to keep. So we will see how this plays out.

Yes. On pictures the 38 looks like 42 and the 42 like a 46mm.

You know the shiny black ones actually look fine on the sgs because they play off the color of the screen. So it looks as if it was intended.

Yeah, good point. I feel like the SGS has a little more versatility or maybe I'm wrong and that's just an illusion. Boils down to the different accents and if it hits the spot for one's individual tastes.

Ok guys, here are the 38mm SS Milanese loop and 42mm SS with a black sports band; the earlier pic is the 42mm with classic buckle, don't really like the classic buckle. I am so undecided at this point, my sister says she really can't tell the difference.

They both look fine actually. But for you, I'd lean toward the 42mm with a Milanese Loop and the Black Sport Band for working out, etc. I have very small wrists and love my 42mm. If you have time, maybe try wearing the 38mm one day and switching to the 42mm for another day.

42mm Stainless Steal Apple Watch with white sport band and the Space Gray Sport with black leather loop. These are my favorite combos. Had to pickup both.

Now I'm sending the stainless to get plated. Also, picked up WatchDots to put a white dot on the crown covering the black. It's going to look amazing.

Can't wait for the next version.

Now...what do I do with my watch collection?
