Glad to join, Here's a couple shots of my Space Black 42MM

(I've been following the Nomad stand thread but I was interested to see you have one in hand)

Is that a slight scratch on the stand (immediately to the lower right of the watch face where the band meets the body of the watch)?

Good observation, looked like it. I had to go back to the stand and verify with my own eyes. Glad to report all ok. I guess since I shot with flash or something it picked up the appearance to that of scratch but relieved it is not. Stand cost $69.99 USD.

So after browsing through this bread a bit, I have a question. Sorry if it's common knowledge. Do the sport and watch version each have their own set of colors for watch faces? Seems that the watch version has a royal blue but the blue on my sport is a lighter blue to match the blue sport band. My immagination or are they different?

Your imagination :)

came out better than I thought it would.

Got my link SS band from ebay, around $20 and it actually looks pretty good, maybe not as good as apples, but can't beat the price!

I bought a black leather strap in large yesterday at the Apple Store. It was too big so I ordered one form Apple online about 4 pm. The strap arrived today UPS around noon. I didn't ask nor pay for expedited shipping. Simply amazed.

Got my SS BCB yesterday. Took 5 days from order to on my wrist. So far I'm very happy with it. There have been occasional glitches and small issues but I expected them from the first gen software. I think the most important thing about the watch is that you can't expect too much of it. The watch does all the basics very well. Notifications and basic info are great. Everything else is just a bonus but doesn't work so well that it really makes the experience better. I think once version 2 comes out the potential uses will only grow.
