if your golfing, reverse your watch, ie turn it upside down, go to AW setting on your iPhone and then put it, left wrist, digital crown on the left side, you may have to swaps the bands around but it works perfectly, and it wont take screen shots.

Hmm, 42mm too. Maybe it's your black case which helps blend in more with the band, but that looks pretty good. I like. I have a SS 42 and am debating whether I think the straight narrower strap at the case will bother me or not. I am a fan of the curved sport band or curved classic adapter giving a wider look at the case.

Congrats on the new watch. Looks Good! Keep playing with the functions and it will seem like second nature in no time. Also when you get a chance, flip through the Watch manual. I picked up things I wouldn't have discovered on my own. Changing bands will get easier too. The adapters are slightly angled downward if you look at it from the side, so try to match that.
I've seen people comment that some of those 3rd party milanese have weaker magnets and need adjusting throughout the day.

Managed to snag a Space Black Milanese and a few colours of the Woven Nylon band today. Here's a few quick, crappy pics!
I thought the narrower strap would bother me too but it actually makes the watch look really nice in person.

I think closeup your eye focuses on all the wiggly lines. From more of a distance the look and color is more blended. Up close not crazy about the blue but from a distance, rather stylish and cool! Suspect that will be true for me of all the 3 colored strand ones. The black version looks only like 2 colors so close up has a more uniform look. Very interesting.
And it does want bother you that the strap doesn't get a bit wider around the adapters? My first thought with the design

No. I actually have SS and SB. Just posted, wish the black nylon had only SS buckle to look good with the SS. Will prob pick up one for my SB.
