Got my 38mm SS this morning, I've always got the 42mm in the past (S0 + S1) but I tried them on yesterday and found that the 38mm looked a much better fit than 42mm, I have surprisingly small wrists considering I am 5'10' and 200lbs.

Would never have thought the smaller watch would fit me better, who knew!

Yeah, I wanted the 42mm when I bought the S1 but wrist are extremely tiny. I am 5’6’ & 160lbs. TINY WRIST!!! I thought the 42mm would give me that “BIG WATCH FACE” look but...NO!
It just looked like I was wearing somebody else’s watch lol

I never realised how ridiculous my old 42mm looked, I had never even considered the 38mm in the last 2 years. I have no idea what compelled me to try the 38mm but I'm glad I did lol.

I posted last week that I couldn’t afford a series 3 for my first ever aw. I walked into Best Buy and couldn’t resist walking out with one yesterday. I walked 3 miles last night and loved it! GPS only, space gray with gray band.

I will add the photos I posted earlier in the thread:

I am also noticing that some the watches (aluminum) I believe are being sent in a hard plastic box. My Stainless steel was shipped in all white cardboard type box, what’s up with that APPLE?

Only the Edition and Hermès get the plastic box now.

First Apple Watch for myself. Series 3 42mm Space Gray Aluminum Black Sport Band. Been wanting one for a long time. Just never jumped on it until now. Also ordered a new Apple TV 4K. Is anyone else having issues with the Twitter App crashing on the watch? I’ve tried deleting it and re installing it. I’ve also tried signing out of my account and logging back in. Nothing seems to be working.

I'm having the same problem with Twitter and nothing seems to help. I tweeted twitter support...

Can you post a pic of the watch with ML on your wrist if you have a chance? :)

Thanks so much! Look great. I have a 38mm and want a ML too. I think you've convinced me!

Great, glad I could assist in your decision. My Series One also came with the ML, since I was giving it to my sister I got the new one with the ML so I could have one as well. It looks great when you are all dressed up or if you must be professionally dressed for work. I usually use my third party Stainless Steel bands for work even tho I do “dress to impress “ for work so I don’t ruin my ML during my long Subway commutes. So I say, Go for it! it’s an expensive watch especially if you are buying the SS and above. Why not get an striking classy & sexy band?!?! You came this far, right?

Haha, suuuuch an enabler! :p I love it. I was a little nervous the ML might be a little too much when I'm dressed casually (since it's polished steel) but from what I've read it looks fine with casual wear too? (I'm talking fitted skinnies and a tee or casual dress at most, not like... full on sweats, lol.)

Right now my classic buckle has been my go-to "dressing up the watch" band but I kinda want something different too and the ML is looking mighty tempting!

Glad to know I’m not the only one. I’m also having problems with Instagram. I got it working and it worked for a few days. Now it’s back to some network connection error. Hopefully Twitter and Instagram will get an update out soon to fix this.

I'm not the one to whom you were asking, but the here's my Space Gray aluminum 42mm with the silver Milanese Loop stainless steel band...

A gun ready to fire. Why? Dissapointed? The watch looks nice but I donˋt get the 45.
LOL! I'm liking the watch (it's my first Apple Watch).

As for the 1911, I typically keep that firearm in "Condition 1" (cocked and locked). It's just a habit when I go out and about with it, and leave it like that when at home. That said, I generally keep that one at home and carry my Smith & Wesson 9mm when I'm out.

I opted for a Series 1 over the Series 3 just because I couldn’t think of anything I actually do that requires the additional Series 3 performance and features.

It replaces my generation 0 Space Gray.

The dot is very slightly off center. Trying to decide if it bothers me enough to replace it with another.

Dexcom's detailed graph comes up instantly now instead of a "please wait" icon for 10-15 seconds on the series 0. Hopefully the increased memory/performance will cause Dexcom to stay connected to the phone more reliably. I'm type 2 diabetic and having that access is a huge reason for continuing to wear that series 0 every day since I bought it. Looking forward to future Dexcom revisions that let me connect the sensor/transmitter directly to the watch -- it'll be great to feel untethered.

I do not have cellular activated just yet. Maybe later.

I think the bigger issue with that sticker is the fact it clearly isn't big enough.

Do you prefer Space Grey or Silver for the Sport? I'm leaning towards replacing my SS S0 with a Space Grey S3 but I've seen people say that the Space Grey doesn't look good with most of the bands, and that the Silver is far more flexible in that way.

I personally prefer the silver. The Space Gray just doesn’t have as much character IMHO and doesn’t stand out with many types of bands. It all blends together due to the lack of contrast.

I only got the Space Grey originally because I got a great deal back when the Apple Watch first launched and was very hard to find.

Okay cool. I'm probably going for the Nike+ Silver S3 then!
