I did the exact same thing, bought last years band as i don't like the new version. Luckily found one in Argos in the UK.

I picked up the now discontinued Red Leather Classic Buckle at Target. It's been replaced by the Product Red "Ruby" one now, and I like the old red one much better. So happy I found one available.

I don't think so if you factor into what Apple charges and if the quality is truly Horween leather and durable with the black fittings.

$69 or so doesn't seem bad as I was eyeing the Nomad leather strap with black fittings and these seem better.

Yeah that’s correct, but the ones which I saw were $99

Almost. If you combine both posts you get the actual color which is Pure Platinum. 😀

Many times the metal parts on the bands available are silver. Few bands have the darker metal on them.

What do you guys think about the space black with pure platinum black nike band. I don’t mind it.. Was trying out the volt, and blackish grey nike one.. think I like this one best. I have the black Milanese loop for formal wear and the black sports band for casual. This would be for swimming, running, etc.

I had the Link bracelet but ended up returning it. When the links close they sometimes nip your skin and hairs on your arm. Plus the cost was WAY too much and couldn’t justify it
