So, it sounds like it's specific to the type of watch, meaning Nike band only for Nike watch? I'm hoping they'll be able to exchange the black sport loop for a different color, but it won't be a big deal if they can't. I have the pink sand sport loop, and I'm sure I'll buy another band if they can't swap out the black one.

My wife says I have an AW band problem... I don't deny it.

Picked up this old school woven nylon to pair w my GSS AW4. So far I've got the dark blue and black sport bands, gold milanese loop and black woven nylon band (my favorite look by far). As a prior watch aficionado, very intrigued by the endless possibilities the AW provides.

I've noticed that there's some discussion over the differences between the old and new black sport loop, which prompted me to dig mine out this morning. It's been at least a year since I've worn it.

Alright everyone. 14 days went and I tried but couldn’t find a replacement for my defective SBSS (and don’t want to wait weeks for one to ship). So I picked up a SS instead. Can’t for the life of me decide which I like best! What do you think? First is SBSS 44mm with forest green leather loop. Second is SS 44 with Apple black leather loop. Help!

As an owner of the SBSS, I've got to tell you that the SS looks fantastic. So does the SB, but the SS is classic. If it didn't scratch I would probable get it instead. That said they both look nice.

Swarlos, Do you have an issue with a gap between the sapphire and the casing on that bottom edge? I think this is a (somewhat, at least on these forums) known issue with SBSS. I was told by Apple that it’s a defect and could compromise the waterproofing over time.

No haven’t noticed any gaps.
