I know I've posted this watch/band combo before. Been wearing it for a week now, and it's by FAR my favourite band! Might even sell some of my other (15+) bands.
Feel like I just want to own the link bracelet as an artifact of beautiful design.
i'd get the link bracelet in space black if there wasn't so many horror stories about it scratching and wearing out.

My S0 42mm is still working but is a little slow when pressing stuff and also some apps just crash when trying to use them.
My shiny new S4 44mm Space Black SS watch got delivered today!
Nice. I wish I still had my S0. But it died last year and I had to upgrade. I got a S3 LTE but returned it, then got a S2 for cheap but gave it to my sis. I went too long (5 months) without an Apple Watch but had to wait for the S4 and am very glad I did.
I keep seeing S3 stainless steel models pop up all over the place in the $350 range. Very tempting. No way I could justify $750 for the S4 SS even with that new display. If I go S4 it's gonna be another Sport, which to me IDK if that will really feel like an upgrade. 90% of the time I'm just glancing at notifications or checking my calendar complication.
No signs of wear but I did scratch the clasp when I was in the yard about 2 years ago picking up a big tub that had some grit on it and scraped my band. Was so pissed! But other than that it’s held up really well with dings against hard surfaces and the like.
Thank you for this. I have to go to the store and try the link bracelet for myself. Ultimately, we all know it’s meant for the SS case, and I’ll probably scoop an SS case up for myself in the near future once depreciation strikes the price. I want this bracelet mainly because I think it’s going to be phased out and it’s a one of kind, rare design. That is, unless, Apple has a refresh of the link planned for the S5 2019...
Ditto. I was tempted to buy an S3 SS but wanted silver but only saw black in that 280-350 range on swappa. I got the S4 Nike+ which is still beautiful to me and does everything I need. I never got a scratch on my S0 glass or aluminium in 3+ years of use so hoping the quality is still as good if not better with the higher grade aluminum than the S0

True hope if they do a redesign (rumored circle faces) they keep the square style as I prefer it over round.
Yeah remember the band I got is not Apple but was on amazon. I think it was a KADES brand. It’s decent and held up really well over time. No discoloration or wear. I’m getting a new one Wednesday to try, it will be a one click clasp style versus this one that is two. Hope the quality is as good as this else that’s being returned.
