Can anyone comment on how the blue watch goes with black / dark gray clothing? I wear a lot of black and dark grays, or muted dark colors... That said, the space gray seems like the obvious choice. But, the blue keeps calling me.
Would the watch clash? I haven't seen it in the wild yet. :)

Great look. I ordered Titanium on 20th September. I assume that grey band will come with it?

Mine still saying 26th Oct. I haven't been charged yet.

Yes! The grey band is there and you still get the 5 watt wall charger. You may want to see if your local stores have it because that is how I got mine. The Titanium Edition version seem to trickle in daily so check often. You can order for in store pick up and cancel your online order.

Ok take 3 - ss graphite with blue sports band
PS I was a size 2 on their sizing 🤣

Which band would look good with thisView attachment 963167
I'm not a big fashion type person, so disclaimer out of the way...

I say it depends. I like what I call complimentary contrasts. A dark case with a lighter band looks striking and sets the whole thing off. Depends on what you're wearing too - a patterned shirt with a plain band, or vice versa. Colors also look great when they match, so blacks with browns tend to look odd. Blues with browns, on the other hand, work well. Lastly, for the entire look just focus on one "statement piece," like a muted shirt, shoes, watch, with wild patterned shorts.

If you're working out, who cares. :)

I think the Apple Store app had a section where you can mix and match different cases with bands to see how they look together. That may be good for experimenting.

The price and that gap combination are exactly what’s holding me back from buying those bands. I really think Apple will come out with a Gen 2 of that band to fix that gap. Only then would I consider those bands. I’d be surprised if Apple continued releasing those bands with those gaps.

I'm praying they tweak it in time for red when it comes ("late October")! I hate to be (another) party pooper, but the lack of attention to detail is honestly shocking to my eyes, especially when considering how precise they've always been with materials across their product line-up -- Apple Watch in particular. It'd be a daily eyesore for anyone like myself who spends lots of time at a desk, typing away -- you'd keep seeing it at that rather unflattering angle.

EDIT: P.S. on a somewhat-positive note: My frustration is elevated due to just how much I adore the colors as seen in everyone's photos here. I really do hope they resolve the fitment, because everything else about them seems so fantastic.

Yep....poor quality control but they don’t care. It is all $$$$ now and as long as people keep opening their wallets and purses, Tim sleeps well. What a sleazy way to run a company.

You’ll never get tolerances within 1mm with woven fabric. It’s poor design more than anything and Apple need an up-rev of the lugs, maybe a different material just to maintain that width.
They have a ****ing nerve charging what they do for that experiment. Probably paying women in Bangladesh pennies per hour to make those.

The fact that the metal lug is clearly spec’d not to fill the width of the watch case has to mean something. The yarn will out!
