Not a huge black watch fan, but it looks like these were made for each other.
Yeah I much prefer my black Nikes on silver stainless but I totally agree. Had to wear this combo once before moving on from this watch. I’ll be sad if we don’t see this blue-green-Aqua shade from apple by the summer drop, or in the Nike line. A more blue marine green, I guess.
It’s a prominent track and field color alongside Purple Pulse and Bright Mango this spring. And a cousin called Neo Turquoise on some tennis gear.
I don’t follow.. because I don’t follow their product colors but, I just want some exciting color combos hehe. I have my jade prototype coming anyyyy minute now! Once the holiday is past.
I’m just saying Hyper Jade is prominently positioned across the Nike running catalog in a way that previous Apple Watch band colors Mango/Purple Pulse/Lime Blast/Pink Blast were.
It’s a Lunatik Epik band. The two models I posted only fit the Series 1 unfortunately — but I love them! I like big watch faces and these add so much to the Apple Watch.
I just bought a Smokey Mauve loop from there last week! Celestial Teal is next on the list!

Lol Lunatik! Never thought I will see that name being mentioned again. Still have the band/casing for the iPod Nano to turn it into a watch.
What case / band is that ?A slight new look to my watch.
Something different, I'll swap it out from time to time.

Sorry, but these combinations just don’t look good at all. Using these third party “faces” takes away from the classic Apple Watch look and makes it look like one of those knockoffs that try to pretend they’re like Apple with their bootleg numerals faces but in reality they’re just sad clones.
And the leather bands... if you’re not going to Apple for them, at least save a penny and buy them for super cheap off AliExpress. I’m convinced these “High Quality” and “Hand Made” bands are all just drop shipped from China anyways. They don’t speak to the Apple Watch’s design, and look way out of place.
But hey, if you like them, I guess that’s fine. It’s just not what I (along with a few others in this thread) want to see.
Hmm, not sure I’d call Apple Watch classic design and the built in faces are pretty lame.
Regarding leather bands, which Apple ones would you suggest? I believe the only OEM one with black hardware is the overpriced Hermès Noir. Yeah, I bought it and like it, but I don’t think it is a good value.
I bought the new Leather Link (California Poppy) and have worn it once. Very strange leather, that’s for sure.
Also with my Ti watch, I got one of those rubbery sports bands - again tried it on and put it back in the box.
To be fair, I do like (and often wear) the SB stainless link bracelet and the black Milanese loop.
If non-Apple items are so offensive to you, I suggest you just block me so you don’t have to look at them.
