Just one more to reach gold star status. I’m actually down to four as I’ve loaned out SBTi to my MIL for a demo run, and it’s left me feeling quite nude.
I know Circulaire isn’t the face we’re mad about, but I would say that circle goes out just as far to the edge as I would want it. Gorgeous all around!
As soon as I get my fingers on a reasonably priced Ceramic….
At least for eBay shoppers, I think $750USD was the market after the S7 reveal.
It has been well established by now that Circulaire was optimized for the new screen size (while the regular Hermès face wasn‘t).

Ultra Violet was sold in fall of 2017, is now quite hard to find and therefore also quite expensive now. It‘s really unique in color ;-)

Is that a Series 5? Looks nice with the scratches. 😆 I would love to see the stainless steel in a brushed/matte finish—no more worries about scratches.
It’s basically just the same material used for the screen protectors that are applied wet, but cutouts for the back of the watch and the sides. For roughly $15 you get two screen protectors and two sets of pieces for the rest of the watch. Keeps it pristine, protecting it from getting scratches. I personally like them, but they can be a real pain to install. And they give the watch a more shiny appearance. But it kinda works for this color I think. I like using it for at least the first few months while the watch is brand new. I worry less about scuffing it in those early days. For the most part you can’t even tell it’s there. Armorsuit is the brand name of the one I’ve been using lately. Several other companies make similar products.
One of the less appealing features of the Hermès faces (for me) has been that there don’t seem to be many complications! And I like my watch face to display lots of useful information, but pretty. While the Hermès has perfected the typography and overall design, I think there should be more faces for the additional $400 or whatever it amounts to for their face and leather.
*Also, on the subject of Hermès, I really wish they would make the ‘feminine’ bands available for the larger case. Or design something similar, but more ‘masculine’ for the larger 45mm case. Also,why are they only offering steel, no TI? I do think their faces are beautiful, I’m just not enthusiastic enough to purchase…yet. 😀

I sold my Nike s6 to my friend, so I'm down to 3 now. Two S5's and a 7. I'm feeling like there's a hole in my collection now.

Starlight with starlight band or midnight band guess I could always get two bands and swap it when I want to.
It starts at “cratered resale value” and ends with “well my five watches cost way less than even one collectible mechanical” and for me it runs through “this is the only way I can properly make use of my hundreds of bands“ boulevard. 🤠
In all seriousness: Aluminum for sweating and sleeping, silver or gold stainless for daytime ornament and heft. Space black for night ornament and heft. And then graphite any time of day because magic.
I have one for everyday/work and my last year's model for exercise/camping/hiking

Yes it’s an S5. The scratches aren’t putting me off too much, they’re only on the surface, no deep ones… plus, it really doesn’t look bad at all on the wrist.
And 95% battery is also not bad!

You don’t need more than one, it‘s more a thing of wanting more than one.
In my case: I was always into watches and since the AW bug bit me, I started collecting bands and by now also watches ;-)
Not every case finish goes with every band color and some diversity is always a good thing IMHO. So I put on whatever combo I feel like during the day, sometimes I switch more than once per day and sometimes I‘m just too lazy to swap the band before exercising and one of them usually has a sport loop attached, so I simply switch watch. Another plus is that there’s always a charged one available ^^

Yes! If you rock the cellular lifestyle, it’s nice having one at 100% when you’re ready to go.
