My Space Black Series 7 with Black Apple Link Bracelet

I had an issue with my S5 SBTi I bought used with AppleCare+ and they had no questions about it when I contacted Support, it was as if I had bought it myself.
I wouldn’t lose sleep over it if I were you ;)

Thanks - that is what I am hoping. Definitely not losing sleep over it as the seller never discolsed that it had 2 years of AC+ left. I would have paid more just for that so this is just a "free" perk :).

Very nice collection of docks! I only have docks for two of my watches 🤪
Ever since I realized that I would actually be collecting Watches, too (not only bands), I kept an eye on ebay etc. Sometimes the docks sell really cheap and they make a more Apple-y way of keeping and presenting them than anything else I could think of. Not everyone has deep connections like our friend @athousandbands and can get a super rare original Apple Store multi-dock …

Yeah, sometimes they turn up really cheap. I paid 15 and 20 Euros for my two, both new.
And you’re right about the presentation factor :)

After stumbling upon a (relatively) cheap S6 SB Hermès, my little collection is very much complete. Silver Stainless is S7, gold Stainless and natural Ti both S5. Now come on, Apple, S8 Ceramic needs to happen …

Wow. What a collection. I, too, am waiting for a new ceramic release. Hopefully S8 or 9.

I never liked the Apple Watch when it first came out. I resisted it for years. But it was the pandemic and health sensors for my dad, that I picked up a real interest. Starting with the S6. Yeah I’m a late adapter to technology. 😝☺️😏

Same here, I started late 2019 with a used S4 to dip a toe in the water… and was pretty much instantly hooked :)

Maybe you need to change your profile picture from ✌️ to 🤞, then. 😉

I would say that the first 2 generations were nerd-only; already useful, but in a limited, tech-centric way. S3 added cellular which made it possible to sometimes leave the iPhone behind, for a (limited) digital detox. But only with the more rounded body and bigger screen (S4) and especially the always-on display (S5) did the Watch start to look really nice, more like a watch and less like a gadget; S7 turned that aspect up another notch. Add the ever-expanding health-related sensorium and that strange thing that at first looked like a toy for nerds has become indispensible for millions of people. Way to go, Apple.
