For Reference, here's the Space Black Link + AW Ultra:

Just as a matter of reference, while the Space Black Link is DLC coated, I wore that damn band EVERY SINGLE DAY since I took delivery of my Apple Watch Series 0. May of 2015 and it's held up VERY well. 2 of the original 4 included links broke but I had spares in the original Apple Watch Box:

So 7.5 years with one band is pretty damn good.
I’ve had my silver stainless steel link band since the launch in 2015. It’s easily my favorite band and I almost never deviate from it. Some of the other bands I’ve had since 2015 are the blue and brown leather loops as well as the Milanese loop. Also the original brown leather band that buckles. Looking forward to using all of those (maybe not the Milanese) with the ultra when it arrives.

if u living Middle East like me.These products are too expensive so I don't want use screen protector but like i said it's too expensive. If we think of it as a unit s8 10.000 unit, ultra is 25.000 unit. The minimum wage in my country 5,500 units....

I’m digging the blue sports band that plays well with the orange accents

I went swimming with the watch, did well like my series 6, however it recorded an avg 86bpm which I know is wrong. Maybe the strap needed to be tighter?

Is that that prototype band that you have or another band? Finding a GOOD gold stainless steel band for the gold stainless Apple Watches is hard...
Yep, this is the OEM gold link bracelet. As far as third party goes, I know @Pitch has a pretty good one, but I dunno if he's active around here anymore and the store he bought it from might not even exist. A lot of these gold link bracelet sellers just buy in bulk from AliExpress and similar websites. I'd honestly say that's the best place to check. Some sellers have warehouses in the US, others don't, so you kinda have to shop around. There will be eBay sellers that sell them too, but probably for a lot more than they cost at AliExpress.

I posted photos somewhere (don't remember where, probably not on MacRumors) of my OEM link on the S4/5 and S6/7/8 gold stainless models side by side. Here's the photo from my Discord. you can see not even *mine* matches either one exactly. I think it matches the 18kt Edition best, but I obviously don't have one of those.

Series 6/7/8 on the left, Series 4/5 on the right.

What sucks about the gold stainless model is that there's not ONE reputable 3rd party (or Apple themselves, for that matter) that have a color-matched link bracelet. The only hope right now is Nomad: after talking with their customer service, I was told that the idea is floating around to make a color-matched gold stainless link to complete their trifecta of matching stainless link bracelet offerings. For now, the only color-matched stainless experience is to go with Apple's own Milanese Loop, though the only complaint I have against that is that the edges are sharp and get annoying, even when wearing it looser since it can move around and "scrape" your skin. I actually ordered a new one just yesterday to see if maybe Apple have softened the edges a bit after leaving some feedback about it through official channels a while ago, though I'm doubtful...

In all fairness, my link has more of a rosy color than pictures show. I have this one that catches it pretty well, don't think I've ever posted it to MR either. It's been sitting in @athousandbands' wonderful museum full of pictures of pretty much every single band out there.

Still, looking at where it connects to the watch you can see it's not a perfect match. Doesn't help that the sides of my link are brushed, not polished. I don't think it looks terrible in person though!
