Any thoughts on whether a Chalk leather loop work would work better with Starlight or Aluminum?

Wow...very nice. I've been looking at that band for a while...just never pulled the trigger!
Picked up nylon super wide band a few days ago. Super impressed with this. Nothing fancy with this version (all black - but other colors available)...nylon with strong velcro.
So far no issues, lightweight. Different because I love the super wide band. Been wearing this one to bed to sleep track...and this works better than the Alpine Loop it came with since the "g" shaped hooks would get caught in my pillow case
Actually would love if they - or someone came out with a Stainless Steel ultra wide band like this.

Variety of colors, there is a "leather' version, but it does seem that style may not be great...leather (or faux leather) starts to peel after a few weeks.
