View attachment 2129484View attachment 2129485Pride sport band on my ultra! This was my favorite band with my S6 but I had 40mm and sold the band with the watch. My watch is not cutting off my circulation nor is it too close to my hand to be comfortable, I actually loosened it by one hole and pushed it up my arm a little before taking the picture. My watch normally settles closer to my hand and it’s comfortable, but this position isn’t bad either, it’s just weird to have it far from my hand.
This may be the first non-clenched picture on this thread

Wore my graphite Milanese for the first time in a bit to an event this evening. Forgot how cool it looks under various lighting. Think I’ll give it some more love during the holiday season.

That is a cool strap!

Is that from running, Dave?

Hope you heal soon.
Thank you my friend, I was in the army for all my working life, both knees are the worse for wear, the other one needs doing and as soon as I can, I will get it replaced. I am surprised at how quickly one's body falls apart, I am now over 65 and have become reliant on nurses and doctors helping me. Can't complain, many are in a much more difficult and harsher place than me. For a first time in awhile I got a decent sleep so it shows that my knee is healing.

Thank you for your service, Dave.

I know what it's like, when you can't get a good night's sleep (insomnia) and sleep depravation is the oldest form of torture!

Does your Apple Watch help you, with your health?

May be a silly question, but do you use stand reminders? That may be of help.

Genuinely wishing you well.

Thank you Tommy, I don't use the stand reminders, it's something that I am quite good at, I am always doing the exercises to make my knee work again, stretching/walking etc. The watch does help, I am quite competitive (with myself) and like technology, I find that checking out the data and just the sheer pleasure of the watch helps enormously. Once I can get to the gym again and lose weight, the watch will come back as a brilliant tool once again. I have never really been bad at sleeping but know, it is a form of torture, my lack of it has mainly been due to having to sleep on ones back, but, I am at that stage of recovery where I can ben and straighten my legs (not fully) but allows a pillow between my knees, I actually bought one from Amazon yesterday (12 quid) and it works fabulously well.

That's a nice colour.

When was mint available?

Six years ago at this point. Seller in Italy still has some sealed boxes in both Watch sizes though; recently got my Walnut band through them and the price shipped to the US was about retail price for a new band anyway, not bad compared to collectors/scalpers asking 2x-3x.

Pretty pleased with the glass screen protector I just put on from Flokinice. I had a case on it before that I hated. Now I don’t have to worry about the screen scratching, I can relax a bit on keeping it prestine.

How often does Apple and Nike release new colour bands on the Apple App Store please, is it just done yearly on the introduction of a new series of watch or more frequently? If more frequent, are there announcements? Excuse the questions please, I have not long had my first AW.

Generally we can expect a batch of new bands with the new Watch release and another batch in the spring, with new yearly Pride and Black Unity bands as well. And possibly more country-themed bands around when the next Olympics happens.
