Is the Ultra puck different from the regular Apple Watch? I thought it would all be the same pucks, I don’t own an Ultra so I wouldn’t know 100% but I don’t recall hearing anywhere that the charging puck is any different.

Is the Ultra puck different from the regular Apple Watch? I thought it would all be the same pucks, I don’t own an Ultra so I wouldn’t know 100% but I don’t recall hearing anywhere that the charging puck is any different.
Well congrats! I for one, most definitely prefer the aesthetics of the regular Apple Watch especially in SS or Ti over the Ultra nonetheless Ultra is an amazing watch just like your good old Series 7 or 8 is though. It’s all preference!
I think some people just think bigger watch = bigger charger, but yeah, they should all be the same. The Ultra still fits on the old ones after all.
I wonder if it fits in the shuttle now?
I'd be really interested to see a g-shock style come out with a thin rubbery coating or something, especially if they throw some color in there.
But no, Ultra wearers and Pro users don't like color!!!
Can you post some more pics of that band? How do you find it? I love Nomad bands (I have the Lunar Gray) and am looking for a yellow one, but I worry that High Volta is actually too green?
My expectations is Ultra 2 will be internal update (maybe a sensor and chip) and a Space Black maybe. Ultra 3 will have same design and smaller bezels and maybe complete design change in the 4th or 5th
Not sure if the actual puck is any different but the cable sure it. The ultra charger comes with a braided cable. If anything I think the ultra charger is smaller than the regular ones. Maybe someone that has both can chime in and let us know for sure.

Dumped the Ultra. Back to Hermes.
I got rid of the Ultra a couple of days ago also. It was just too heavy for my taste. I am happy with the S8 SB Hermes...
My first full day with the Ultra. If I had to choose one, it wouldn’t be it, but I may be able to get used to the change of pace:
For me it wore off after only a few months. Happy to go back to the sleek stainless steel look.
