Renewed are most likely not going to be 100% battery health
Yeah, I have been reading some of the reviews and its really hit or miss whether you're going to get a pristine condition model. Some reviews say they love it and have no issues with quality, others say the quality is horrendous and various scratches here and there. Makes me really hesitant on hitting the buy button on a product I'm not 100% sure will be in the condition I want

Last month I bought a series 7 45mm gold stainless on Walmart.com for $429. New in box.
Last week I also bought a 45 mm series 7 graphite stainless on Amazon new in box, also for $429.
They both had dead batteries out of the box, (green snake) but charged and paired within a few hours. Both have 100% battery health. I think (maybe I’m wrong) that they were good deals. Here they are with the bands included.
I believe both sites still carry these.
