posting from a 7 year old IBM thinkpad Pentium3 900mhz, 384mb sdram@100mhz... this laptop was screamingly fast, about $3500 you know...
 
if someone gets a 2894 for a new SR mbp 2.2 15" should they be concerned?

No, because I have a 2.4 2gb MBP and it got a 3227, then immediately after that I reopened geekbench and scored a 2800 or something like that, so what a good job it does of producing consistent numbers :rolleyes:

Anyway pretty stoked on my 3227 score :D
