I wish my HR got that low, I have a high resting HR, I average 87 even when I’m SLEEPING!

Sheesh... 45 resting/sleeping some days... mid 50s-low 60s most of the time

I actually made a doctors appt to see if this is normal for me or not!
I did the same thing, after the routine checks I got the “it’s normal.... 50-100”, plus I do a lot of cardio.

Yes I think the 40 was a fluke though. It's usually around 50 when I first get up and my average resting is in the low 60's

Do you often get flukes in the low 40’s?

I like the heart rate tracking but it gives me anxiety and increases my heart rate - so I switch the monitor off.

Not quite sure where the 40 came from, it's usually spot on.... I've seen numbers in the high 40's when I sleep but this was during the day. Lowest I've seen during the day was high 50's.

I love using the Infographic Face to make the Watch a space watch (I'm a bit of a space nerd). Love how the Night Sky app changes which planet it displays throughout the day.

I'm a space nerd too, and had no idea that Night Sky's complication showed planets! So, after reading your post, I went and did a similar setup. Thank you for the idea!

Count me in as well. Didn’t know that complication shows different planets. I’ll try that out.
