By blindly parroting conspiracist and anarch-capitalist lines you're showing how radicalised you have allowed them to make you. They've promised you that once government has gone and anonymous or decentralised private entities control all money and resources you'll have unlimited freedom and wealth. You will have neither. You will have oligarchs and private armies and the moment you lift one finger to protest them you will be liquidated. There will be no democratic process to remove them.
That's the problem with private currencies. That's why Tim Cook and others have said that currency creation, such as crypto pyramid schemes and company scrip, shouldn't be the domain of private companies and individuals.
Because billionaire Tim Cook was irresponsible enough to have invested a little into these schemes I will no longer buy any Apple product and no longer report any bugs or do any beta testing. I know I am in the majority of Apple users who feel this way. We are tired of what Silicon Valley has become due to influence of fintech VCs, oligarchs and Wall Street bros. It's just pure toxicity that it causing extremism, hostility throughout society.
Make them all poor again. That's the best way to make them listen. Don't give any of them any money or investment.

It forces nobody to sideload. In fact, you can already sideload right now before this bill.

You can already sideload apps today.
If you don't have a developer account, the app needs to be refreshed every week, if you have a dev account you don't need to refresh.
You can do this using XCode or with other tools that do this for you.
