OS X Silent hunter. Subsim

hi all,
I am trying to get a silent hunter game for my MacBook Pro but finding it difficult.
I understand that I can use a wine skin but don't know how to use it.

Can someone give a me an idiots guide to get me up and running.

Just use Silent Hunter their search engine will not except the 4
