Silly old Siri

Siri is unbelievably useless, it cant even understand the word Mam, which is short for mother here in the UK.

Voice to text when sending someone a message is absolutely horrid. If there's anything I miss coming back from Android it was Google's voice to text. It was a thousand times better. And just the voice recognition in general is far superior. I feel like Siri has gotten worse over the years, not better.

Again, everyone's experience is different.

My V2T is great and rarely has issues, and I have a lazy southern accent.

+1, me too.

It's often the case that critics of iOS are actually very light, casual users. They seem to be ignorant of any of the deeper functionality and integration. They also have a real reluctance to try to understand and work within the limitations of the software to get stuff done.

I admit to being a casual user. Ther reason being that 9/10 times Siri is not helpful and it makes me not want to come back.

I'm new to Siri. I like it a lot. It's kind of fun to learn as I go what Siri can do.

I just really wish Apple ppl are on here to get feedback because seriously I would LOVE get get a sexy voice for Siri. A Don Draper accent, or Morgan Freeman's God accent would really make my day!
