Whenever I try to download Poster Paint from the website (http://www.robbieduncan.net/cgi-bin/get_file.cgi?file=posterpaint/0_0_5_binary), I keep getting:
Not Found

The requested URL /cgi-bin/get_file.cgi was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/2.0.52 (Red Hat) Server at www.robbieduncan.net Port 80
