Just disable Siri from the lock screen like I did.

It's same as having the control center accessible from the lock screen.

It's not a bug.
Not really the same as Siri has "locked" detection while Control Center doesn't.

Any reason why this is a big deal?
Doesn't have to be a big deal necessarily, but it's some sort of a deal.

One feature I like on jailbroken phones with FlipControlCenter is you can selectively disable which Control Center toggles can be used when the phone is locked.

You can also have more - and different - toggles. I like to add one for the Personal Hotspot down there.

Man, I miss my jailbreak...

I'd like a "hey Siri, require passcode" or "disable Touch ID"

Interesting point about the Siri voice passcode. If the security behind using your voice with tone, pitch and depth could be considered secure enough, perhaps it could serve as a secondary option. And the reason I say secondary option is, is if your voice became distorted or prohibited you from gaining access, because of a change in your voice for one reason or anther. But then some could make the argument that would be too easy to have your voice duplicated for security purposes.

They really need to take a serious look at what Siri can do from the lock screen. Isn't this like the third time something like this has happened? Or just have toggles to disable for individual features. Having her available while locked is too useful for just a simple "disable while locked" option. That's not enough flexibility!

Is present on my iPhone 7 Plus running 10.3.3 too.

I'd disabled Siri when iPhone is locked (as well as access to Control Centre) but perhaps, going forward, Apple could grey out 'Airplane Mode' when iDevice is locked?

Not working for me. If I ask Siri, it tells that I need to unlock my phone first. I do not get the toggle option on the lock screen.

Or in Privacy Settings turn off the ability to turn off the ability to change cellular settings.
Which will disable it in the scenario when the device is unlocked, which might not be something that everyone would want/need.

Why leave your phone unattended in the first place? That hard to keep it on you?
I set my phone down all the time. Not saying I go in Walmart and leave it on isle 7 while I got to isle 20, but while I'm at school, home, or with mates I'll just set it down.

Yes. It is that hard to keep it on me.

Oh please. I can't believe how wrong some people are. I don't want to access the control panel from my lock screen, but I do want to access Siri, as in Hey Siri. It is a bug. You are COMPLETELY WRONG!

Agreed, it is bug because in other sc, you can see Siri isn't supposed to disable Cellular Data

It's not, but Apple should fix it anyway. The functions of Siri should be consistent.
It looks worse than it is but can't thieves steal my phone and turn off cellular data without unlocking? That means all Find My iPhone features won't work anymore. Not good.

You can do that from control center anyway, although you can disable it from the lock screen. Either way, they should fix it.

I can eject your SIM, power your phone off, enable Airplane Mode via Control Center, or use a signal jammer

But like the guy above it should still be fixed

I tested it with multiple locked iPhones. It can be disabled without unlocking the iPhone.

I tried it and it didn’t work for me, Siri said that it cannot do it and asked me to do it on my own in the Settings. Are you sure that, when you press the home button, you used the fingers that were not registered with TouchID?
