Who cares. Nobody is writing a book report on your Siri usage in public. Get over it.

I don't even think about it - I just use it wherever.

If someone wants to raise an eyebrow then crack on.

Sometimes when I use  pay I catch glancing looks. While they are still fumbling with change or inserting their cards into the machine and keying in their passcode or waving it over the contactless machine I've paid and moved on.

Happy Days.

I often use Siri in public with the ear pods so the mic is really close to my mouth and I can almost whisper the command.
The only think I really miss is the ability to read my messages with Siri since I need to unlock the phone. But if I have to take the iPhone out of my pocket to unlock it I can easily read the message!
It would be great if Siri could recognise my voice and read my messages and email at least when I have the ear pods connected.

The noise interference outside will not help to register the instructions to Siri....so I don't attempt it

Looks like some ppl getting embarrassed while using Siri, coz they always care what others thinks about them, so lame. Im wondering what else these ppl embarrassed todo in public...

I wouldn't care what other ppl think if i was using Siri, its not that you're watching porn while you're walking in the street...

I admit that Siri has made things on the iPhone way more convenient, for example I can tell it to remind me of something 10 different ways it seems and it always nails it for me. Otherwise, I have to manually go through the steps, cumbersome at best. However, I still feel the need to go somewhere privately when in public or wait until I get home to talk to it without feeling stupid. I never see others talking to it either so I gather I'm not alone on this.

If I would not feel right having a voice call in a particular setting, then I do not feel right using Siri in the same situation. :)

Some people actually think other people are even paying attention to them.
Very true! Most people nowadays are in their own little world. Heck, many people don't even notice someone walking down the street with a firearm, much less think to do anything about it. (San Bernardino)

Not only that but its so insignificant.

I saw two women fist fighting like men getting onto the metro that had a homeless dude taking a dump into a lunch box. First thing I said when I got home..."I saw this complete IDIOT talking to Siri on his phone today, you had to be there! He looked so dumb!"

Btw you are right about the gun thing. I was visiting a friend in Towson, MD (very strict gun control state) and saw a dude (looked like a bail bondsman) conceal carrying from nearly the other side of the movie theater we were in. I'm fairly confident I was the only person that noticed because people would have freaked. Its virtually impossible to get a concealed weapon permit in MD.
